Rope Access ContractsHere is a selection of contracts we have worked on in recent years: (click on thumbnail for larger image) |

Instead of using an expensive and complicated scaffolding system,
we were able to access any area of sea wall quickly using rope access.
Once in position we were able to survey remove and repair damaged
stone work. Rope access is particularly effective at working in a
tidal situation where speed of access is important. |

|
Using rope access we installed netting over a courtyard area at George
Street Mansions, London. This difficult access problem was overcome
by using tensioned ropes which an operative
could then use for work positioning. This system can be set up within
hours, rather than days, enabling net installation and repairs to
be carried out quickly. |

|
| By anchoring our ropes to structural steelwork, chimney stacks or resin anchors installed into brickwork, we can access most windows on most buildings. This provides a much safer method of work positioning than ladder access(which is now heavily discouraged by the HSE). Disturbance to residents or office workers is also kept to a minimum. |

Urn removal - Wallasey town hall:
This 2 metre high urn on the roof's central tower was removed and then replaced with a new urn. Rather than scaffolding the tower we used
rope access. The urn was moved by crane whilst rope access technicians
replaced the retaining pin and secured the newly cleaned urn. |

Inspecting and painting flagpoles.
High Wayman Access operatives had the difficult task of painting the
flagpoles at Conwy castle. There was no access for a cherry
picker and erecting scaffolding around each flagpole would have
been very time consuming and expensive. Climbing the flagpole
using rope access techniques was quick and safe. |
